6. Transacciones y Pagos

6.1 Procesamiento de Transacciones

Las transacciones se procesan utilizando tarjetas de débito Visa o Mastercard válidas. Al enviar una transacción, usted autoriza a Pagotek a:

• Cargar el monto de la transacción más las comisiones aplicables a su tarjeta
• Verificar la validez y disponibilidad de fondos en su método de pago
• Compartir información necesaria con instituciones financieras para completar la transacción

6.2 Comisiones y Tarifas

El registro en Pagotek es gratuito. Sin embargo, se aplicarán comisiones por los siguientes servicios:

• Envío de remesas (varía según monto y destino)
• Conversión de moneda
• Servicios especiales o de entrega urgente

Todas las comisiones serán claramente mostradas antes de completar cualquier transacción. Las tasas de cambio se actualizan regularmente y se muestran en tiempo real en nuestra calculadora.

6.3 Cancelaciones y Reembolsos

Las transacciones completadas generalmente no pueden ser canceladas. Sin embargo, puede ser elegible para un reembolso si:

• La transacción no se completó debido a un error del sistema
• Se le cobró incorrectamente
• El servicio no se prestó según lo prometido

Las solicitudes de reembolso deben enviarse dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la transacción.

• Cualquier conducta o contenido de terceros en el Servicio

11. Exención de Garantías

12. Suspensión y Terminación

Podemos terminar o suspender su cuenta y el acceso al Servicio inmediatamente, sin previo aviso o responsabilidad, por cualquier motivo, incluyendo sin limitación si usted incumple los Términos.

Tras la terminación, su derecho a usar el Servicio cesará inmediatamente. Si desea terminar su cuenta, simplemente puede dejar de usar el Servicio o contactarnos para solicitar la eliminación de su cuenta.

13. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción

6.3 Cancellations and Refunds

12. Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
